Pre-Season Administrative RequirementsPosted Tuesday, July 24, 2007 by John B. Morin Please remember there are requirements you must have completed prior to the beginning of pre-season camp. Failure to have these done may result in you not being able to practice beginning on 8/13 or being able to attend camp at Wildwood. They are the following: 1. Parent permission and insurance information 2. Valid physical exam within the last 2 years 3. Wildwood permission form 4. Payment for Wildwood 5. Equipment pick-up or exchange These can be taken care of by coming to school during weight room hours(M-W-F 8 to 10am, 6 to 8pm) or at equipment drop-off (8/12). If you have questions as to your status with any of these, contact Coach Morin or Mr. Daigle at 247-3141. |
